  • Tiered pricing (Good/Better/Best) is offered for transparency and customer choice.

3. Scheduling & Weather Delays

Sealcoating is weather‑dependent. CTown LineWorks may reschedule your appointment due to:

  • Rain

  • High winds

  • Extreme temperatures

  • Surface moisture

  • Unexpected conditions

We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is required.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure proper service, customers agree to:

  • Clear the driveway or parking lot of vehicles, debris, and obstacles

  • Ensure pets and children remain away from the work area

  • Avoid driving or walking on freshly sealed surfaces for the recommended cure time

  • Provide accurate information when requesting a quote

Failure to prepare the site may result in delays or additional charges.

5. Deposits & Payments

  • Some jobs may require a deposit to secure scheduling.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, check, or digital payment.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice.

  • Same‑day cancellations may result in a fee to cover travel and labor costs.

  • CTown LineWorks reserves the right to cancel or refuse service for safety or operational reasons.

7. Warranty & Limitations

Sealcoating is a protective maintenance service, not a structural repair. We do not guarantee:

  • Prevention of future cracks

  • Elimination of existing structural issues

  • Performance on surfaces with underlying damage

We do guarantee that work will be performed professionally and with quality materials.

8. Photo Usage

By hiring CTown LineWorks, you consent to:

  • Before/after photos being taken for documentation

  • Photos being used for marketing only with your permission

We will never share identifying information without consent.

9. Communication Consent

By contacting CTown LineWorks through:

  • Text message

  • Website forms

  • Social media

  • Phone
